Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given. Children 13 years old and above are considered adults at this building. 0+ years (Extra bed by request) => US$30 per person, per night. Sub-charge shall not be automatically applied in the total cost and shall be paid separately during your stay. The maximum number of allowed extra beds depends on the room you choose. Noden Hotel & Apartment shall not be liable for the guest/s and/or the other occupants money, jewelry or other valuable belongings and shall not be liable for any loss or damages suffered by the guest/s and/or the other occupants in their rooms however caused in the use of the in-room safe, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, whether caused or arising by reasons of or on account of any failure, defect or malfunction of the safe or by reason of any act or omission whether on the part of the hotel or its servants or agents.
Guests are under the legal adult age of 18 years must show the written proof that they're the legal guardians or parents of such person or visitor.
The Hotel reserves the right to remove such person or visitor from the hotel at any time should guest fails to provide the appropriate proof as required.
